To place an order, choose one of the following methods:
  • Enter your order directly on the World Wide Web for applicable products. The shopping cart option is available primarily for small to medium-sized scales. The shopping cart will allow you to select products as you browse our website. When checking out, we provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy including credit card information. For larger and more elaborate products, we have provided a price quote request form, so we can communicate with you and faciliate the best option for your weighing needs and give you a price quote for what will work best for you in your specific situation.

We do not sell our customer list, so rest assured that your privacy is protected.

If you are under 18, you may use TravisScale.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders on our sole discretion.

Shipping Options
We ship most orders within 1 business day.
  • All orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless you phone in your order and request otherwise. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order.
  • Other shipping methods are available such as UPS Next-Day or Two-Day delivery. For any other shipping method than UPS Ground, you must call in your order at (620) 626-5940.
  • We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
International Shipping Information
For shipments to all other countries, the following rules and restrictions apply:
  • You must call in your order at (620) 626-5940. Products being shipped outside of the U.S. must be placed via phone order and cannot be done through the online shopping cart.
  • All prices are listed in US currency.
  • We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

Sales Tax
Currently, only Kansas residents are subject to sales tax collected through this Web site.

International customers may be subjected to taxes payable to your own country upon receiving the package, but we do not collect nor know what the amount of these taxes are. Check with your country's tax authority.

Damages in Shipping
Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise.

Returns
You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.

Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. We will contact you for any back ordered products and give you expected ship dates. Every effort will be made to sent these back ordered products out to you as promptly as possible.

Legal Notices
Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with Travis Scale shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and particularly the State of Kansas and shall be heard and venued in the County of Seward.
